While we do keep a small inventory on hand, many of our bags are made to order. Please review our shipping and handling details below.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship bags will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order bags require additional time for creation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will work on a resolution.

We take great pride in crafting high-quality, hand-sewn tote bags with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our tote bags, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide a solution.
To be eligible for a return, the tote bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.
